Easy Steps for Viking Electric Curbside Service
- Place your Will Call order via phone, web or mobile app. (The order MUST be billed to your customer account)
- Call your Viking Electric location to confirm your arrival
- Provide your mobile phone number or email for order
- Sign for order on your mobile device & click “submit”
- An associate will bring your order out to your vehicle

- Place Will Call orders in advance via phone, website or mobile app
- Or, better yet, have your products delivered directly to your shop or jobsite
- Contact your salesperson for help or with any special circumstances

Note: Any/All curbside returns must include a return authorization and any necessary paperwork.
Whenever possible, please place Will Call orders in advance via phone, website or mobile app for curbside pick up at one of our locations.
If you arrive at Viking Electric without having placed an order, please call the phone number posted on/near the door at your location. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible
During this time, orders must be billed to your customer account. CASH AND/OR CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
