Aluminum wire pricing has been fairly stable. Typically it isn’t as volatile as copper wire pricing. |

Copper wire pricing has been fairly stable over the past few weeks. The Comex cost of copper has been between $2.90 and $3.10lb over the past month. It will probably take a move in price beyond the range copper has been trading in before wire manufacturers change their prices. It is impossible to predict, in the short term, what copper pricing is going to do. |

PVC conduit prices have begun to slip as well, even though that business has been fairly strong. |

Steel conduit prices may have peaked after rising 30% since the beginning of the year. We are beginning to see prices slightly lower than when they were at their highest point. |
